Responsibilities:

  • Maintain routine procurement operations;
  • Handle all purchasing orders and delivery ;
  • Input system data for daily transactions ;
  • Liaise with suppliers/vendors and our operations teams ;
  • Checking invoice for all suppliers/vendors ;
  • Perform administrative tasks such as information update, record maintenance, document preparation, budgeting, research, and letter

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience and knowledge in procurement is a must;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;
  • No Civil Records and Criminal Records are essential;
  • High Diploma / Degree in Management is preferable.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications including Word & Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Independent, positive work attitude, well-organized, detailed-minded, able to work under pressure and be a team player and leader ;
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety management system of the company fulfilling the legal requirements;
  • Carry out site safety inspections to review and recommend to the inspection, and assist operations managers to identify hazard areas as well as evaluating operational procedures;
  • Conduct accident / incident investigation and recommend preventive measures to ensure work safety;
  • Monitor safety issues and provide in-house training on health and safety with all levels of staff ;
  • Develop and review quality and safety policies and manage audits by third-party inspectors and clients ;
  • Support ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Registered Safety Supervisor / Officer with minimum 2 year’s post-registration work experience in safety management in construction, property management or cleaning industry is preferred;
  • Familiar with HK Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance;
  • Higher Diploma or above in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering or related discipline is preferred;
  • Independent, positive work attitude, well-organized, detailed-minded, able to work under pressure and be a team player;
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;

  • Coordinate with other departments for daily operation issues ;
  • Support and Monitoring the implement of the Company Policies ;
  • Liaise with suppliers/vendors ;
  • Checking invoice for all suppliers/venders ;
  • Upkeep all the stored materials in good orders ;
  • Prepare and analysis various regular reports from our suppliers;
  • Maintain smooth operations for the office.

Requirements:

  • HKDSE or above, bachelor degree/diploma preferred, welcome fresh graduate
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications including Word , Excel , PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing ;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good command of both oral and written Chinese & English ;

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise among insurance companies, agents, brokers and customers to resolve inquiries and requests;
  • Assist team members to liaise with insurance companies, medical professionals and customers to arrange direct billing services related to all medical claim issues;
  • Perform administrative tasks such as information update, record maintenance, document preparation, premium calculation and letter issuance;
  • Handle full set of documents for Employee Compensation and Public Liability insurance claims.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience and knowledge in insurance is a must;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;
  • High Diploma / Degree in HR is preferable Familiar with HKSAR Employment Ordinance, related regulations;
